Perfect Void takes over Kirby’s for a massive night of live electronic music, bringing Los Angeles EBM/industrial duo Spike Hellis and New York’s ferocious Nuxx to Wichita.
Spike Hellis arrives on the heels of their new album Successor, delivering tense, physical body music built from pounding electronics, minimal synths and industrial abrasion. Nuxx turns the intensity even higher with a raw collision of EBM, techno, rave and punk energy made for sweat, strobes and very loud rooms.
Wichita’s own Brave Boy brings melody into the machinery with its distinctive mix of synthpop, post-punk, darkwave and shimmering guitars, while Blonde Wiseau pushes deeper into hard-edged electronic body music and industrial electronics.
After the live sets, Act of Contrition, Kirby’s resident Goth Nite DJ, takes over to close the night.

GOTH NITE
Goth Nite returns to Kirby’s Beer Store, presented by Perfect Void, and it continues to stand as one of the strongest goth nights in the country. Helmed by resident selectors Lady Hylle and Act of Contrition, the night moves effortlessly from classic darkwave and post-punk into newer underground currents, all dialed into a packed room that actually lives for it. This isn’t cosplay nightlife. It is a real scene, sweaty and immersive, where the dance floor stays full and the energy never dips. Come dressed, come curious, or just come ready to move.
